Parking in Golden Gate Park fills up quickly. Please plan to arrive early to find street parking along Martin Luther King Jr. Drive or Stow Lake Drive, or consider using rideshare services (Uber/Lyft) or public transportation.
Please double-check your dishes for Halal, Kosher, vegetarian, vegan, or common allergen considerations. Labeling stickers will be provided at the food table so you can mark your dishes on-site.
Any amount is appreciated. Around 10 servings is more than enough.

Please ensure that any items you bring, whether store-bought, restaurant-prepared, or hand-made do not spoil easily in outdoor conditions. Since we will be serving a large number of people, please take extra care when preparing, transporting, and serving the food. Please note that there is no refrigeration or warming equipment available on-site. Make sure to keep the food properly refrigerated or hot throughout the event if needed. Thank you for helping us keep the food safe for everyone!
Beer and wine (in cans or plastic containers) are permitted by park rules. Hard liquor is strictly prohibited. No glass bottles or glass cups are allowed in the park, so please bring all drinks and dishes in plastic, aluminum, or paper containers.
Robert is so happy about having so many RSVPs! Since there are more RSVPs than expected, we’d really appreciate it if you could stick to the number of guests you originally indicated, if possible.
We will be collecting photos and videos taken by participants throughout the picnic and recording the speeches. These will be shared with participants in a shared album. If you prefer not to appear in photos or recordings, please feel free to let the planning team know or simply step out of frame.
Please ensure children play within safe zones and remain under parental supervision at all times.
For the safety and comfort of all guests, especially children and seniors, and to ensure a relaxed environment around the potluck area, we kindly ask that you leave your furry friends at home.
